About Us
A potted history of our club.
Old Brentwoods Netball Club was set up by Wendy Juniper, a Sports Teacher at Brentwood School, around 6 years ago. It was set up to provide Brentwood School girls an outlet to play Netball at club level. The team went from strength to strength, being promoted every season, to our current position in Division 3 of the Chelmsford and District Netball League.
The aim of the club now, is to give Old Brentwoodians the opportunity to play netball after School, University, or to simply get back into the game. The team currently comprises ex-school pupils from 18-29 years old. We play at New Hall School in Chelmsford and our home nights are usually Tuesday evenings at 8.30pm.
We would welcome all 'Old Girls' to get in touch if they are as nutty about the game as we are!
The Old Brentwoods Society donated money towards our kit...the above pic shows an example of the dress and optional hoody available. Dresses are currently provided by the club and are the club's property.
